His father used to work in a factory and earn 4500 rupees per month.It is very difficult to survive with this small amount, we can all understand. After engineering, Jaignesh wanted to do some job because according to condition of the family seemed necessary . Most of the teachers who had studied till the 10th had left studies and could not complete studies. He was the only student in his classmate who went to college to study. After engineering in 2000, Jayangesh came to Bengaluru in search of job. Here he got a job in a company of 2500 rupees a month.
Jaignesh explains that he did not know much about the civil service earlier. Coming to Bangalore, he knew that the collector is an officer who can do a lot for the villages. Just from here it was decided that now I have to become an IAS. Left the job and returned to the village to become an IAS. At that time he got a bonus of 6500 rupees by these he bought books. While staying in the village, started reading notes, which were used by the post to get from Chennai.

 

When Jaignesh came to know about government coaching in Chennai, he gave a test for it and got it passed. In this they started getting necessary facilities and training. After coaching, he did not want to go to the village only after going to the village, but no job could be found. He got the job of a billing clerk in the canteen of Satyam Cinema. In the interval, he also worked as a waiter. Jaignesh said that he was never worried that he was working as a mechanical engineer. The goal was to prepare for civil service while staying in Chennai.
